Purpose Statement:
The Professional Development Learning Center (PDLC) provides DEISJ* centered training for all 糖心viog官方网站 employees. Three components include new hire onboarding, ongoing professional development, and career advancement pathways for all 糖心viog官方网站 constituents including student workers, classified professionals, faculty, managers, and the Board of Trustees.

Schedule of Events
District-level onboarding orientations for all new employees occur every other Monday from 10 am - 3 pm in the District Board Room or PDLC office (C-7) at the District Office. Faculty are welcome but not required to attend. New employees will receive notification about their onboarding date from the Office of Human Resources.
