Professional Development activities at 糖心viog官方网站 provide DEISJ*-centered training for all 糖心viog官方网站 employees. Three components include new hire onboarding, ongoing professional development, and career advancement pathways for all 糖心viog官方网站 constituents including student workers, classified professionals, faculty, managers, and the Board of Trustees.

The PDLC, located at the District Office, offers employee onboarding, and ongoing professional development trainings.
Each year there are six PD Flex Days. Flex days are organized by and for faculty (per Ed Code), but include many activities for classified professional colleagues.
The Vision Resource Center, provided by the California Community College Chancellor鈥檚 Office, is an online PD resource for all community college employees.
